Craftsman has been in the community since 1972. We continue to provide products and services in flooring and cabinetry for both residential and commercial customers.
We floor you with service! We are extremely service oriented, with in-house designers and installers. There are lots of retailers in the area selling similar products, however it is our attention to the details of each project that sets us apart. It does not matter if it is a bathroom floor or a large commercial building, we treat each client with equal respect. Insuring, that in the end, we have created a trusting relationship that is strong enough to have them shop with us again and refer others to shop with us.
Our installs are done with our own employees, which gives our clients the assurance it will be done properly. We feel that the product is only as good as the installer putting it in. If the install fails the product fails.
Our History:
It was founded in 1972 by my parents. My dad was an installer that learned the trade in the late 1950's and branched out to open their own store. They retired in 1994, and my wife and I are now the owners.
Shawn and Juliana Longwell Owners, Shawn grew up in the business and became manager in 1994 and owners in 2014.

Our Community:
We are across the street from Fred Meyers. We serve the greater Tri City area, including Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, Finley, Burbank, Prosser, Sunnyside, Connel, and Grandview.
We are Members on the Home builders Associations. Very active in our local church, Hope Tri-Cities as teachers and ministry leaders.
